Year 13 Careers Cirriculum 

In Year 13, our careers curriculum is focused on helping you turn your ideas into action. With your post-18 plans coming together, this year is about navigating key deadlines and making confident, well-informed decisions. Whether you're applying to university, a degree apprenticeship, or planning a gap year, you’ll receive personalised support every step of the way. You’ll take part in targeted workshops, one-to-one guidance sessions, and receive help with everything from writing personal statements and CVs to preparing for interviews. We’ll also guide you through key UCAS and apprenticeship deadlines, ensure your applications are submitted on time, and provide advice for those considering a gap year or direct employment. This is your launchpad, designed to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of purpose.

You may be taking admissions tests for Oxford and Cambridge, or aspirational courses like medicine, dentistry and veterinary science and getting ready for interviews. Whatever the route you choose there will be lots of help on hand to ensure you make the decisions that are best for you.
