Year 12 Careers Curriculum
In Year 12, our careers curriculum is designed to broaden your horizons and give you the tools to start shaping your future. This isn’t just about choosing a destination, it’s about discovering who you are, what you enjoy, and how your skills can fit into the world of work. Throughout the year, you’ll take part in a range of activities including employer encounters, workplace insights, skills workshops, and one-to-one guidance sessions. You’ll also explore different post-18 routes, such as apprenticeships, degree apprenticeships, gap years, employment, and university, so you can compare your options and make informed decisions that reflect your goals and values.
This is a year for asking questions, testing ideas, and gaining experiences that will set a strong foundation for your next steps, whatever they may be.
