Our guest speakers will inspire you to take those next steps towards a rich and rewarding future whilst visiting alumni will invite you to share in their lives since leaving.

Meet our Dedicated Careers Team
Our Careers team are here to guide you when making decisions about your next steps. Whether you are considering university, an apprenticeship or taking a gap year, we are here to support you.
Mrs Greef: As the Careers Leader, I oversee the comprehensive careers provision offered to our students and coordinate UCAS applications. We understand that making informed career choices is crucial, which is why we invite a diverse range of guest speakers from various industries to share their experiences and insights. Our visiting alumni will offer a unique opportunity to hear first-hand about their journeys since leaving Sir Isaac, sharing both the challenges and successes they have encountered along the way. In addition to my role as the Careers Leader, I am a qualified Careers Adviser and LIFE Tutor, dedicated to supporting students in their career exploration. I also run the Medical Sciences Society, an elective designed to support aspiring medics, dentists, and vets. I look forward to discussing careers and future pathways with you, and I encourage you to take full advantage of the resources and opportunities available to you during your time at Sir Isaac.
Dr Posey: As Second in Careers, I am passionate about helping students explore and pursue the pathways that are right for them. I lead the school's Oxbridge Elective, supporting students aspiring to study at Oxford or Cambridge, and the ALT-SOC Elective, which provides guidance and support for students considering apprenticeships, military careers, or direct employment. Alongside this, I coordinate our extensive programme of electives, trips, workshops and enrichment opportunities, working to ensure that all students have access to experiences that broaden their horizons, develop their skills and enhance their future applications. Whether your ambitions lie in higher education, apprenticeships or the workplace, I am always happy to help you identify and make the most of the opportunities available.
Miss Wright: As a Sir Isaac alumnus, I understand that planning your next steps after sixth form can feel exciting, but also a little overwhelming. Whether you're considering university, an apprenticeship, or simply exploring your options, you're always welcome to book a 1:1 careers appointment with me. Having recently qualified as a Level 6 Careers Adviser, and completed an apprenticeship myself, I'm passionate about helping students find the path that's right for them. Alongside careers appointments, I create resources such as Future Focus and manage our careers social media channels, sharing opportunities, advice and inspiration to support you throughout your journey.
