Step up to A-level Maths at Sir Isaac Newton

‘Step up to A-level Maths’ at Sir Isaac Newton Sixth Form  Are you a budding Year 11 mathematician or scientist with current predicted grades of L4 or 6 who would like to improve your prospects of studying maths at A-level? Our free ‘Step up to A-levels’ course in partnership with the UEA could help you improve your GCSE maths grade and expand your A-level options. The sessions are designed to help you master the most important topics for students going on to study A-level maths. Held over five Saturday mornings, the sessions are led by our specialist teachers and supported by undergraduates from the UEA. The courses will run from 10am-12pm over five Saturdays, and students are expected to attend all the sessions. Planned dates are (to be confirmed):  16th November 2019 7th December 2019 18th January 2020 8th February 2020 28th March 2020 Each session is focussed on a key topic that is important for A-level maths, such as equations, quadratics, trigonometry and graphs.
