Sir Isaac Newton Sixth Form student, Kacper Malita, has won the regional final of ARTiculation.

ARTiculation is the Roche Court Educational Trust’s national and international public speaking initiative, championing the appreciation and discussion of art. It enables a wide range of students aged between 14 and 23 to develop their confidence and ability to express their opinions, thoughts and reactions to the visual world. Every year, students from Sir Isaac Newton Sixth Form enter into the national public speaking competition.

The students enter the competition by writing a ten minute talk on an artwork of their choice. We find our school representatives by holding an internal competition - the winners go on to a regional final hosted by the Sainsbury's Centre.

This year, we had Sena Barron representing Jane Austen College and Kacper Malita representing Sir Isaac Newton Sixth Form. Both were fantastic, confident speakers and a massive congratulations to Kacper, who went onto win the regional final!

He will go on to represent Sir Isaac Newton in the grand final, hosted by the National Gallery in London on 18th March.
