Shaun Watling

Director of Science Faculty

Shaun has been a teacher since 2015 after qualifying to teach secondary science. He is both a teacher of physics and the Director of Science at Sir Isaac Newton Sixth Form. Teaching is a second career as he was previously a mortgage advisor in the private sector.

 

He said: "I am extremely happy to have made the transition to education, and feel very lucky to educate and enthuse the next generation of STEM students within Norfolk. Teaching at Sir Isaac inspires me everyday when I see the dedication from both the staff and students, it really is a very special institute that brings aspiring scientists and subject specialist teachers together."
