Richard Champeney

Director of Careers and Outreach

Richard Champeney is the Director of Careers and Outreach and coordinates the careers programme. Richard organises school-wide support for all students as well as specific assistance for those applying to Oxbridge and the medical professions. As part of Sir Isaac's outreach programme students have the opportunity to work with students at other schools as mentors and companions; our partnerships include the Wherry School and YOPEY befriending scheme.

Richard believes that the provision of careers education, information and advice is key to students making fully informed and appropriate decisions about the route they follow on leaving the sixth form. To this end, he coordinates diverse and inclusive activities to raise the ambitions of our students and helps them realise their aspirations.
